Polynesian Ceremony
The ceremony takes place on the beach. Adorned with flower leis and crowns and dressed in Wedding pareos, the couple is escorted by dancers to the wedding location. In the middle of a natural setting, the couple exchanges their vows before a Tahitian priest. A Polynesian marriage certificate (“tapa”) will be presented before the performance of the local musicians and dancers.

Polynesian Ceremony on a Motu
The couple will enjoy a cruise of about half an hour to reach the Motu from the hotel. Upon arrival, they will have a moment of privacy in the most romantic of settings while a Maohi Nui Group will decorate with flowers and palms. Then, dressed in pareos with flower leis and crowns, the ceremony will be held. After some pictures, the couple will cruise back to the hotel at sunset, sipping champagne.

Traditional Ceremony in the Hotel's Wedding Chapel
The ceremony
will begin around 5.00pm on a decorated setting of coconut trees, palms and flowers. The Tahitian priest will conduct the wedding ceremony and declare the husband "tane" and the wife "vahine" and will baptaize you with your new Tahitian name. The couple will exchange their flower leis and head crowns, and they will receive a "tapa", the sacred certification. Songs and dancers will celebrate the union of the couple.

Traditional Ceremony on a Private Motu
You will enjoy a cruise by outrigger canoe of about half an hour to reach the motu. On arrival, you will have amoment of magic privacy at a most romantic setting. Flowers and coconut palms will then be set on the beach. You will be dressed with pareos and flower leis and head crowns. Then, the ceremony will be held. After some pictures of the couple with the whole group of musicians, dancers and Tahitian priest, you will cruise back by sunset time to the hotel.

The Tahitian priest is waiting to unite the couple who are dressed in Polynesian wedding pareos. Dancers and musicians serenade the couple with traditional love songs. The Tahitian priest unites the couple, baptizing them with Tahitian names and wrapping them in a tifaifai wedding quilt. The couple returns to their bungalow where tropical flowers adorn the bed.

Wedding Anniversary “Note Hau” (Renewal of Vows) Ceremony
The bride and groom dressed in Tahitian costume (pareos and flower crowns) are escorted to the beach to the sound of ukeles and guitars. Greeted by to musicians and a Tahitian priest who is waiting to perform the renewal of vows ceremony and baptizes the couple with their Tahitian name. The ceremony ends with dances to symbolize their renewed joy.

Te Ruau Ceremony
The ceremony takes place on the beach strewn with flowers. Dressed in pareos and floral crowns, the bride and groom arrive separately by canoe serenaded with Polynesian love songs. The couple is given a unique Tahitian name, inscribed on the certificate. Following the ceremony and traditional wedding dance, the couple returns to their bungalow where a fruit basket and Bed of Flowers awaits.

Te Mana Ceremony
The outlines of this ceremony are very similar to the above Te Ruau Ceremony. The dance show is more elaborated and extensive. After the ceremony, in addition to the Bed of Flowers and fruit in the bungalow, a bottle of champagne is included. A romantic, candlelight dinner with Champagne will then be served on the terrace of the restaurant which concludes with a Polynesian wedding cake made especially for the couple. Iti Raa Mahana Underwater Wedding
You fell "head over heels" for each other, now you can take the big step together underwater! A y prior to the ceremony, you’ll be evaluated by the dive master to determine your dive level. The day of the wedding you will be prepared in the afternoon for your dive wedding. The dive and underwater ceremony takes approximately 40 minutes.
